Our client, a boutique wealth management firm based in Nakasero, Kampala, acquired a prime floor unit and committed to an extensive, high-grade fit-out. The spatial design pairs traditional wealth management prestige with modern Ugandan craft and refined contemporary materials, ensuring an authentic, enduring corporate aesthetic suited to Kampala's competitive financial sector.

The layout incorporates dedicated client reception spaces alongside a flexible boardroom that converts into two private offices through bespoke joinery and moveable storage modules. Additional features include self-contained washrooms, fitted wardrobe units, and quiet breakout niches. Working closely with the building management, Xtian Interiors and Architects extended the finish language right into the elevator lobby, creating a seamlessly unified arrival sequence across the floor plate.

The Managing Director's pavilion — a glazed central office anchoring the floor layout, allowing natural light to flow while keeping client zones distinct.

Every single meter of the layout was engineered so the floorplate works tirelessly for the owner-occupier, maximizing commercial utility while retaining an elegant, open feel.

(Approach)

As an owner-occupied project, Xtian Interiors and Architects negotiated directly with the property managers to extend high-grade floor finishes right out into the elevator vestibule.

This simple strategy makes the workplace feel expansive from the instant clients step out of the lift.
